Fire Permits

Fire Permit Requirements
The Uniform Fire Code also establishes Fire Permit requirements. These permits are issued for hazardous activities and public events. Permits are occupancy and event specific and must be secured from the Fire Official Prior to Commencement of the activity.
When a permit is required, an application must be submitted to the Fire Marshal, along with the appropriate fee, and any other required materials. Applications will be reviewed, and a Fire Safety Permit may be issued upon inspection.
